Explore Real India's Virtual Team Building Cooking Class brings remote and distributed teams together over Chicken Tikka Masala and Jeera Rice, cooked live with a host in Delhi. Since 2015, we've hosted 14,000+ guests worldwide — including team-building sessions for Google, YouTube, Meta, Tesla, and Microsoft — with a 100% 5-star rating and recognition from BuzzFeed and Tasty. This isn't a scripted webinar; it's a genuinely interactive class where your team marinates, cooks, and eats together on video call, guided by a real family's third-generation recipes.

Why Remote Teams Choose This Virtual Cooking Class for Team Building

  • A shared, hands-on activity that gets cameras on and conversation flowing — built for people who already spend all day on video calls
  • No special equipment needed beyond a webcam and grocery-store ingredients
  • Flexible scheduling works across US, UK, and global time zones
  • Small enough to feel personal, scalable enough for a company-wide event

What Your Team Will Cook

Your host walks the group through Chicken Tikka Masala and Jeera Rice from scratch — a beginner-friendly recipe with full vegetarian and vegan options (swap in paneer, tofu, or plant-based "chicken"). Along the way, your team learns the spice techniques and history behind the dish, not just the steps.

Built for Teams of Any Size

Private corporate sessions can be arranged for any group size — from a small 5-person team to a company-wide event of up to 900 participants. Whether it's a department offsite, a new-hire welcome event, or a global all-hands, we scale the session to fit.

A Real Host, A Real Family, A Real Recipe

"I started hosting virtual cooking sessions so distributed teams could still cook, laugh, and eat together even when everyone's scattered across time zones. This recipe comes from my family's third-generation kitchen — I'll walk your team through it live, the same way I'd teach a friend in my own home." — JD, Founder, Explore Real India (hosting guests since 2015)
