Preparation Required before the experience:For Chicken Tikka Masala:: Marinade: Mix all the marinade ingredients (yogurt, oil, spices, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, salt) and marinate the chicken, tofu, paneer, or fake chicken. Minimum 1 hour, ideally overnight for best results.
For Jeera Rice: Rice Preparation: Rinse and soak 2 cups (300 grams) of basmati rice in water 10 minutes before starting the cooking session.
Ingredients: Measure and keep all the ingredients for both dishes ready as per the ingredient list provided earlier. This includes chopping onions, preparing tomato puree, and gathering spices and other necessary items.
